Job description

We're seeking a Facilities Engineer to support facility systems and operations within a high volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining critical building systems, supporting projects, coordinating preventative maintenance, and driving continuous improvement across the facility.

This is a hands on engineering role supporting plant operations, equipment reliability, safety, and facility performance.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate preventative maintenance for facility and utility systems
  • Support repairs involving electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and mechanical systems
  • Assist with facility improvement and equipment installation projects
  • Read blueprints and support project planning activities
  • Maintain maintenance records, budgets, and documentation
  • Ensure facility systems are operating safely and efficiently
  • Support contractor management and project commissioning
  • Assist with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process improvements
  • Promote and maintain safety and quality standards across the facility

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
