Role Summary
Rescu.life is seeking a certified Personal Trainer to join our team as an independent contractor in a commission-only role within our physician-led wellness and longevity center.
This position is ideal for a trainer who values autonomy, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to grow within a luxury wellness environment. The Personal Trainer will deliver high-quality training sessions while supporting clients through integrated wellness and performance pathways.

Key
ResponsibilitiesTraining & Programming
Deliver personalized one-on-one training sessions tailored to client goals
Conduct movement, strength, and mobility assessments
Develop individualized training programs aligned with performance and longevity goals
Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
Client Experience & Education
Provide a high-touch, luxury client experience
Educate clients on wellness and recovery services available at Rescu.life
Support client adherence to training and wellness plans
Coordination & Collaboration
Coordinate appointments and support seamless scheduling
Collaborate with physicians and wellness providers to support integrated care
Identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes through additional services
Professional Standards
Maintain a clean, organized training environment
Uphold professionalism, discretion, and client confidentiality
Stay current with training methodologies and industry best practices

Qualifications
Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, NSCA, ACSM, ACE, or equivalent)
Current CPR/AED certification
Experience delivering one-on-one training preferred
Strong understanding of strength training, mobility, and functional movement
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Professional presence and client-focused mindset
Independent Contractor Notice
This position is offered on a commission-only basis and classified as an independent contractor (1099).
There is no guaranteed income, minimum hours, or employment benefits. Contractors control their own availability and may provide services at other locations.
Work Environment
This role operates within a physician-led luxury wellness and aesthetics center serving a high-end clientele. Trainers are expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, service, and presentation.
Compensation
Commission-based compensation structure with significant upside based on client volume, retention, and performance.
