Role Summary

Rescu.life is seeking a certified Personal Trainer to join our team as an independent contractor in a commission-only role within our physician-led wellness and longevity center.

This position is ideal for a trainer who values autonomy, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to grow within a luxury wellness environment. The Personal Trainer will deliver high-quality training sessions while supporting clients through integrated wellness and performance pathways.


Services Youโ€™ll Support
  • Personal training and performance coaching

  • Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

  • Red Light Therapy & LightStim

  • PEMF therapy

  • Emsculpt NEO

  • Integrated wellness and longevity pathways


Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Programming
  • Deliver personalized one-on-one training sessions tailored to client goals

  • Conduct movement, strength, and mobility assessments

  • Develop individualized training programs aligned with performance and longevity goals

  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed

Client Experience & Education
  • Provide a high-touch, luxury client experience

  • Educate clients on wellness and recovery services available at Rescu.life

  • Support client adherence to training and wellness plans

Coordination & Collaboration
  • Coordinate appointments and support seamless scheduling

  • Collaborate with physicians and wellness providers to support integrated care

Qualifications
  • Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, NSCA, ACSM, ACE, or equivalent)

Independent Contractor Notice
