Journeyman (Pipefitter, Welder B, Millwright, Ductworker)

Reports To: Foreman Experience: 2–5 years

Role Summary

Executes trade work independently and consistently per drawings and schedule.

Core Responsibilities
  • Perform installation and fabrication per plans
  • Maintain personal hand tools
  • Identify and report scope or drawing conflicts
  • Support Apprentice Level Personnel as assigned
  • Pay Band
  • Negotiable (Hourly + Overtime)
  • Performance Expectations (Measurable)
  • Quality: Rework rate ≤ 3% per project
  • Productivity: Meets assigned production targets
  • Safety: Zero safety violations
  • Independence: Requires minimal daily supervision
