As part of our fully remote workforce, you will engage with clients using a user-friendly virtual platform designed specifically for mental health services. All administrative tasks, including paperwork and billing, are streamlined to allow you to spend your time and energy on client interactions. In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct compassionate and ethical one-on-one mental health counseling sessions via secure video conferencing.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities to facilitate client treatment plans that address their individual needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies tailored to meet the unique challenges faced by each client.
• Assist clients in uncovering insights into their thoughts, emotions, and interpersonal relationships to foster personal growth.
• Monitor client progress, adapting treatment plans as needed to promote healthy coping mechanisms and emotional resilience.

Your primary focus will be working with stable, low-acuity adults who present with various mental health concerns. By providing tailored support, you will assist these individuals in developing the skills necessary to improve their quality of life and make meaningful changes. We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related fields.
• A current and valid license to practice independently in Illinois as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• No limited or provisional licenses; applicants must have no disciplinary actions against their license.
• Proven exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy.
• Strong proficiency with computer systems and technology to effectively navigate our therapy platform.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience working in a remote setting who have utilized teletherapy models are preferred. Familiarity with solution-focused therapy techniques or prior work with adult populations facing mental health challenges will also be advantageous.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on your level of experience and hours worked. In addition to a substantial sign-on bonus, you will also receive weekly direct deposits and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
