• Provide virtual counseling services tailored to the unique needs of clients from various backgrounds, ensuring a compassionate and empathetic approach during each session.

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, midlife transitions, and stress management, employing evidence-based techniques to foster client progress.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that consider each client's specific goals, integrating client feedback and therapeutic best practices into ongoing care.

• Effectively utilize secure telehealth technologies to ensure a confidential and safe space for client interactions, maintaining strict adherence to professional ethics and privacy standards.

• Regularly assess client progress, making dynamic adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to support clients in achieving their therapeutic milestones.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care, including facilitating referrals to other specialists or support services as needed.

In this role, you will be working primarily with adults and their families, addressing a wide range of mental health issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, each bringing unique experiences and challenges that require a tailored therapeutic approach. Your work will not only contribute to their personal growth but will also impact their relational dynamics, enhancing overall well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active licensure as LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in providing virtual counseling services.

• Possess a well-equipped home office with reliable internet, phone, and video capabilities to facilitate seamless client interactions.

• Experience in utilizing telehealth platforms for delivering mental health services.

• A history of working with clients dealing with chronic mental health conditions or significant life transitions.

• Strong knowledge of various therapeutic methodologies and a commitment to continuing education within the field.
