           We need them at a level 7 out of 10, keeping in mind they have books published at 10

           Ideal is they worked most of their career on the Oracle database side and used Informatica as an extension of their work

           We need developers that know the technology, so they just need to get up to speed on the system and business rules

           Must have great communication skills

           Must show that they are free thinkers and are willing to challenge us if they have better solutions

           Must be able to take away clear objectives when tasked to ensure a solid solution

           Must be able to identify issues and work with the developer leads in creating solutions

           Major plus, have worked within a DevOps environment, which is a SDLC process for development
