DriveLine Recruit helps connect CDL truck drivers with real carrier opportunities through a recruiting platform built for transparency, communication, and driver retention.

We are looking for motivated independent recruiters who want to work remotely, speak with CDL drivers, and help match qualified drivers with available trucking opportunities.

This is a remote, commission-based independent contractor opportunity. It is best suited for someone who is self-motivated, comfortable speaking with people by phone, and interested in recruiting, transportation, sales, or driver placement.

Position Overview

As a Remote Truck Driver Recruiter, you will be responsible for communicating with CDL drivers, reviewing basic qualifications, discussing available driving opportunities, and helping drivers move through the application process.

Recruiters are expected to be honest, professional, responsive, and driver-focused. Our goal is to help drivers understand the opportunities available to them so they can make informed decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Contact and communicate with CDL drivers by phone, text, and email
