Job description

We are seeking a motivated, self-driven Mortgage Loan Originator to join our growing direct lending platform. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced OR NO EXPERIENCED sales professional or mortgage originator looking to build a strong pipeline while offering clients a wide range of financing solutions.  Company leads, training and work on team deals!
As a Direct Lender, we provide competitive financing for both Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Residential 1–4 Unit properties. This position 1099 commission-only, and offers unlimited earning potential.
No mortgage license is required for this position.
Responsibilities
  • Originate commercial real estate loans, including:
    • Multifamily
    • Office
    • Retail
    • Industrial
    • Mixed-use
    • Hospitality
    • Self-storage
    • Land and development
  • Originate residential 1–4 unit mortgage loans.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building.
  • Develop relationships with commercial real estate investors, developers, brokers, Realtors®, business owners, and referral partners.
  • Analyze borrower financing needs and recommend appropriate loan products.
  • Collect preliminary borrower documentation and submit complete loan files to processing.
  • Maintain regular communication with borrowers throughout the financing process.
  • Meet or exceed monthly production goals.
  • Build and maintain a strong referral network.
  • Stay informed on lending guidelines, loan products, and market trends.
Qualifications
  • Previous mortgage, commercial lending, banking, real estate, or sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Commercial lending experience is preferred but not required.
