About Chico Emergency Medicine Physician Group:

CEMPG is truly a democratic group with a stable contract with Enloe for over 40 years.  Partnership offered after first year if a good fit with no buy-in.  All ED board certified physicians work in one location.  Compensation is all RVU based, top 10% compensation nationwide. Independent contractor/1099 model.
