Job description

Rightstoneis looking for aRoute Beverage Merchandiser in Rehoboth Beach, DE. The pay rate is $20.00- $24.00/hrfor a 3-month contract with a consistent Monday–Saturday 40 hrs./per week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule and potential for long-term renewal.

In this role, you will be the key person responsible for the visual impact andinventory healthof our premier brands within local retail and hospitality accounts. You will handle everything from building high-visibility displays and rotating stock to managing Point-of-Sale (POS) materials and store resets. This is an ideal position for a professional, customer-focused individual who enjoys a physically active role, loves the hospitality industry, and wants to build a career in sales and distribution.

What you will do:

  • Stock and rotate shelves daily at local accounts, ensuring beer, wine, and spirits are organized according to brand standards.
  • Build creative, eye-catching floor displays and manage Point-of-Sale (POS) materials to maximize brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to perform store resets for grand openings, remodels, or seasonal changes.
  • Monitor inventory levels toidentifyout-of-stock items, expansion opportunities in cold boxes, and new product placement areas.
  • Build strong professional rapport with key account holders to obtain feedback on merchandising activities and brand performance.
  • Maintain a professional image while interacting with the public and handling alcoholic beverage products responsibly.

What weare looking for:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) is preferred, along with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation to travel between accounts.
  • Physical stamina tofrequentlylift and carry 45–65lbsand the ability to climb ladders and navigate retail environments.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills witha high levelof professionalism and sound judgment.
  • A proactive "roll up your sleeves" attitude with a desire to learn about the beer, wine, and spirits industry.
  • A dependable professional who can work a consistent Monday–Saturday morning shift with the flexibility for occasional weekends.


This is a temporary/contract position. While benefits (Health, 401k, PTO) are not provided during the contract period,
