Back to You Osteopractic Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation/Home and Back to You is looking for a mechanic who will maintain our 4 vans to keep them safe and on the road to service auto accident patients.
As a premier health care provider in the Metro Detroit community, Back to You Osteopractic Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation delivers expert injury rehabilitation, chronic pain treatment, nutrition education, and elite fitness training to patients of all ages.
The certified mechanic would be responsible for fitting transportation vans and maintaining them as needed. When the time is ready, you will find road-ready, affordable vans for purchase.
FLEET MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Must have own tools or able to obtain them when needed
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all vehicles
• Trouble shoot and diagnose mechanical issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize vehicle downtime
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Assist with any on call roadside emergencies during operating hours
• Conduct purchases of reliable used vehicles when needed
• Minimum of 3 years as a Mechanic; Certification required
• Auto Auction and part trader knowledge is a plus
• Weekends as needed
Hours of operation are as needed, Monday - Friday 7am -7pm, may need weekends. This does not mean that is the set schedule, you will be required to work on call, hours may be set by manager and needs of transportation company.
Compensation: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
