Job description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) 

Location: Eugene, OR 

Duration: 13 weeks  

Shift: 3x12 Days 

Pay: $1872/week 

Job Description 

We are seeking a dedicated LPN/RN to provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to residents within a long-term care setting. This role involves assessing resident needs, delivering individualized care, and ensuring all nursing practices align with state and federal regulations. The RN will be responsible for overseeing and modifying comprehensive plans of care and providing independent supervision within the nursing unit. 

Responsibilities 

  • Assess residents’ needs and monitor changes in condition 

  • Develop, implement, and modify individualized plans of care 

  • Provide direct nursing care and administer treatments as ordered 

  • Supervise CNAs and other personnel involved in resident care 

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies 

  • Maintain accurate documentation and support quality care standards 

  • Promote a safe and supportive environment for residents 

Qualifications 

  • At least two years of experience in Skilled Nursing/LTC/Rehab 

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon (OR) 

  • BLS required
