About the role
Join Mainstay as a Field Flex Agent (1099 Independent Contractor Agent) and take control of your earning potential while providing essential real estate field services. As a contractor, you will complete specific field tasks on behalf of Mainstay customers, earning compensation based on the work performed.   • Active real estate license.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple listings, and diligent documentation.
  • Strong technical skills: Salesforce or a similar CRM, G-Suite, Slack, MacOS, and the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
  • Reliable transportation (for property-related tasks such as Home Check-Ins and Lockbox Installs)
  • Access to a smartphone and computer for task completion, documentation, and communication

Compensation
As a Field Flex Agent, you will be compensated per completed task. Tasks include Property walk-thrus, weekly property checks, home visits, vendor meetings & contract to close tasks.
Additional Earning Opportunities
Personal Transactions - Agents assisting their own buyers and sellers will retain 90% of the paid commission, with 10% allocated to Mainstay for licensing and administrative costs.
