Requirements

We are selectively partnering with contractors who meet the following:

  • Experience providing day porter or daytime janitorial services (required)
  • Ability to staff reliable personnel for consistent daytime coverage
  • Strong communication and professionalism (client-facing role)
  • Reliable transportation

The Opportunity

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking professional Day Porter service providers to support our growing portfolio of commercial clients.

We manage facility maintenance for offices, medical centers, schools, and industrial properties that require ongoing daytime support to maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation throughout business hours.

This is a recurring, daytime service opportunity ideal for contractors who value consistent schedules, stable income, and long-term client relationships.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Valid Business License (if necessary for the service type)
  • Worker's Compensation Insurance
  • General Liability Insurance
  • Federal EIN #
  • Other verifiable business
  • 18 years of age minimum
  • Favorable background investigation results
  • You can not be a sole proprietor

The selected contractor will provide day porter services during active business hours, including:

  • Maintaining cleanliness of high-traffic areas (lobbies, entrances, hallways)
  • Restroom checks, cleaning, and restocking throughout the day
  • Trash removal and liner replacement
  • Light cleaning and touchpoint disinfection
  • Spill response and basic safety upkeep
  • Monitoring facility conditions and reporting issues
  • Supporting client requests in real time (within scope)

This role requires:

  • Continuous presence on-site during scheduled hours
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Awareness of surroundings and proactive service
