Chipton-Ross is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer for a contract opportunity in Grand Prairie, TX. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE) * Active Secret Clearance with most recent investigation in the last 5 years
* Proficient in embedded C++ programming
* Embedded software driver experience
* TCP/IP, Data Distribution Service (DDS) standard experience POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE) * Bare metal programming experience
* Software integration and verification experience
* Experience with Git Lab REQUIRED EDUCATION * Accredited Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering WORK HOURS * Full-Time
* 4/10 work schedule
* 1st Shift ADDITIONAL INFORMATION * Applicants responding to this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements by currently possessing the ability to view classified government information. * Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check.
