Job description

This position will be focused on leasing in San Francisco CA.

**Please note that the commission "wage" range above is based per completed lease - This will be explained in detail during your interview. 

Mosser is a family owned and operated property management company with over 60 years renovating and restoring apartment buildings throughout San Francisco. Mosser has grown to become a recognized leader in the industry, and we are ready to start growing again!

Dynamic individuals are needed on our leasing team to attract new tenants for our apartment buildings, where we blend vintage details with modern upgrades in all the right places.

Knowledge, Skill and Experience: 

  • Current CA Real Estate License.
  • Greet prospective residents and conduct on-site property/unit tours. 
  • Take inbound leads from Inside Sales transfers. 
  • Take pictures and video tours of assigned properties for marketing and virtual tours. 
  • Log tours and outcomes in CRM. 
  • Provide superb customer service. 
  • Strong sales skills with a focus on excellent customer service. 
  • High-energy and commitment to a busy, fast-paced work environment. 
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Adobe, Outlook). 
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented. 
  • Must be able to work weekends.
  • Have appropriate vehicle for touring clients and performing on-site property inspections. 
  • Must have a valid California Driver's license and state required insurance. 
  • Knowledgeable and compliant with all Fair Housing Laws. 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards 
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. 
  • Must be able to listen and speak clearly on telephone
