SUMMARY

Support data quality and stewardship activities by reviewing customer profile information, researching discrepancies, and making accurate updates based on established business rules. This is a strong opportunity to build hands-on experience with master data management, data governance, and life sciences customer data in a process-driven environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Review and resolve prioritized master data management queues within established project guidelines.

·        Investigate data issues, trace data lineage, and research customer demographic information as needed.

·        Update customer profile records accurately according to clearly defined business rules and procedures.

·        Meet established service-level expectations for timely data review and issue resolution.

·        Follow documented processes and quality standards to maintain consistent, reliable data.

QUALIFICATIONS

·        Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word required.

·        Experience with master data management platforms or data stewardship processes preferred.

·        Familiarity with life sciences or pharmaceutical customer data, including healthcare professional and healthcare organization records, is a plus.
