To thrive as an Independent Contractor Cortex RN, you need a valid RN license, clinical nursing experience, and a solid understanding of remote patient monitoring protocols. Familiarity with telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHRs), and secure communication systems is typically required. Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and effective communication are crucial for managing caseloads and collaborating remotely.
