Location: Spartanburg, South Carolina (Hybrid โ€“ Inโ€‘Person & Telehealth)

iTrust Wellness provides comprehensive outpatient behavioral health and psychiatric services to individuals and families across South Carolina. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider to join our Spartanburgโ€‘based team as an independent contractor.

This role offers a hybrid care model, combining inโ€‘person services in the Spartanburg area with telehealth visits, allowing for flexibility while supporting highโ€‘quality, accessible care.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Masterโ€™s degree in nursing (APRN) or Physician Assistant Studies (PA)ย 

  • Board certification in area of specialty:ย 

    • PMHNP (preferred) โ€“ new or experiencedย 
    • AGNP โ€“ new or experienced, if new require specific psych experience as an RN.ย 

    • FNP โ€“ new or experienced, if new require specific psych experience as an RN.ย 
    • PA-C โ€“ new or experienced, if new require specific psych experience during clinicals.ย 

  • Active, or eligible to receive, unrestricted state licensure in South Carolinaย 

  • Active, or eligible to receive, prescriptive authority in South Carolinaย 

  • Active, or eligible to receive, DEA Controlled Substances licensureย 

  • Strong clinical judgment and confidence in developing evidenceโ€‘based treatment plans
  • Solid foundation in psychopharmacology with an interest in continued learning
  • Ability to practice independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team
