Job description

DC Live Mgmt is hiring an independent contractor to support tour and production finance for music tours, live productions, and artist-driven projects.

This is a 1099 / project-based role. Average weekly is 15-20 hours.


The work

Depending on the project, you may:

• Build, update, and recap tour and production budgets

• Prepare and review show settlements, deal memos, and promoter recaps

• Track cash flow, advances, deposits, and projected vs. actuals

• Process vendor bills, travel, per diems, and accounts payable

• Support VIP / premium program accounting

• Deliver clean, deadline-ready reporting in Excel-heavy files


What you bring

• 3+ years of tour accounting or live-entertainment production finance

• Strong Excel skills (budgets, settlements, clean file structure)

• Comfort with deal language, show economics, and reconciling to source documents

• Ability to work independently, invoice as a contractor, adhere to due dates

• Discretion with artist, tour, and company financial information

• Your own computer, software, and reliable internet


Nice to have

• Multi-currency / international touring

• VIP, merch, or premium-program accounting

• Experience at a promoter, business-management firm, or on the road
