To ensure success as an independent contractor, you should possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ultimately, an outstanding Independent Contractor will produce high-quality work with minimal supervision. Here is what our 1099 contractors love about working with us! - All jobs are staged night before for quick in and out load out each morning. - All materials needed for job is provided. - Our Installer Council which is made up of active Installers work with us to ensure we have the best labor rates in the area! - High quality products and premium materials. - Great partnership with General, Operations, and Installation Managers and also, Warehouse Support to help ensure your success. - 20% Increase on rates for weekend jobs. Now, here is what we require to work with us... - Must provide General Liability, Workman's Comp and Auto Insurance - Need to be EPA certified for Lead safe jobs. Not certified yet, no worries. We will schedule you a class and help get you certified. - Background checks are required for all team members working on a site. - Job site trailer and tools. An enclosed trailer is preferred.
