Non-CDL Box Truck Driver

Location: Sutton, MA

Employment Type: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 5:30 AM Start

Employment Rate of Pay: $22-$24 per hour

Koopman Lumber is looking for a dependable Non-CDL Box Truck Driver to join our delivery team in Indian Orchard, MA.

This is more than just a driving position. You'll safely deliver cabinets, windows, doors, trim, and other building materials to customers and jobsites while providing outstanding customer service. This is a hands-on role that includes loading, unloading, and representing Koopman Lumber in the field.

What You'll Do

  • Safely operate a non-CDL box truck for local deliveries.
  • Deliver building materials including cabinets, windows, doors, trim, and related products.
  • Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
  • Take delivery confirmation photos using a company-provided mobile device.
  • Complete delivery paperwork and required reports accurately.
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
  • Follow all DOT, safety, and company policies.
  • Provide professional, courteous customer service at every delivery.

This is a physically active position. Drivers are expected to assist with loading, unloading, and material handling throughout the day.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and handle building materials up to 75 pounds, with heavier items handled with assistance.

• Frequent bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and material handling throughout the workday.

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
