Northern KY & Southern IN | Remote |
1099 Independent Contractor $100K-$125K+ Earning Potential (Commission-Based)
Position Overview
Quaker Windows & Doors is seeking a driven Commercial Sales Representative to expand our presence across Northern Kentucky and Southern Indiana. This role is focused on territory growth, specification development, and project-driven sales within the commercial window and door market.
You'll play a key role in building relationships, driving specifications, and supporting customers across contractors, glazing partners, architects, and commercial dealers.
What You'll Lead
  • Own and grow a defined territory across Northern Kentucky & Southern Indiana.
  • Develop new business with general contractors, glazing contractors, architects, and commercial partners
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with existing commercial accounts
  • Drive architectural specifications and influence project opportunities from design through completion
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing product knowledge, application guidance, and technical support
  • Conduct regular in-person customer visits, jobsite support, and project reviews
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer experience
  • Deliver product training and ongoing education to customers and partners

What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in commercial building materials or related industries
  • Window and Door sales experience
  • Experience in architectural promotion and specification sales strongly preferred
  • Background working with commercial or prefabricated window systems preferred
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to read architectural drawings, specifications, and navigate jobsite environments
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory

Preferred:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working with contractors, glazing partners, or commercial construction channels

Compensation & Employment Type
This position may be structured as either a 1099 Independent Contractor or W-2 employee, depending on candidate experience, business structure, and mutual alignment.
Compensation is commission-based with uncapped earning potential, with total earnings expected in the $100K-$125K+ range based on performance.
