About the Role

CoStar Group is seeking a talented Team Lead, LED Screen Motion Graphics Designer to guide the creative vision and execution of content for large-scale LED installations across global office spaces. This hybrid role combines hands‑on motion design with team leadership, overseeing concept development, design, and animation of immersive visual experiences that enhance corporate buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creative direction and execution of LED video wall content across CoStar Group offices and events.
  • Conceptualize, design, and animate 2D and 3D motion graphics for large‑scale video installations.
  • Develop concepts and visual treatments that align with brand standards and company objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with LED screen stakeholders—including Marketing, Internal Communications, and the AV department.
  • Manage complex projects independently, meeting deadlines with quick turnaround.
  • Experiment with the latest AI tools and stay up‑to‑date on motion graphics, animation, and video wall technology trends.
  • Maintain organized project files and workflows to ensure efficient collaboration and long‑term asset management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited not‑for‑profit college or university.
  • 12+ years of experience as a 2D/3D motion designer or animator at an agency, professional sports team, Fortune 500 brand or equivalent.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and either Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Experience with Unreal Engine, Blender, or Houdini is a strong plus.
  • Deep technical knowledge of motion‑design workflows, rendering pipelines, and LED system optimization.
  • Experience leading creative projects and providing creative direction within a collaborative team environment.
