Position Overview:

This individual will provide exceptional massage therapy services to our members, ensuring a therapeutic and rejuvenating experience. As a key member of our spa team, the Massage Therapist will contribute to create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver personalized treatments to help our members recover and produce tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including but not limited to Relaxation/Swedish, deep tissue, soft cupping, hot stone, lymphatic, and reflexology massages.
  • Create a relaxing, comfortable, and professional environment for every member and guest by properly preparing and maintaining the treatment room before and after each appointment. 
  • Assess the needs of each client and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
  • Deliver personalized care to members, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during each session.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various massage techniques and incorporate them into treatments as needed.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality with each member and guest.
  • Adhere to all state and local regulations and guidelines regarding massage therapy practices
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, personal appearance, hygiene, and conduct consistent with a luxury private club environment.   
  • Follow all Isleworth Spa policies, procedures, safety standards, and service expectations
Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Massage Therapy License in the state of Florida adhere to all applicable State of Florida and local regulations governing massage therapy. 

• Minimum of 5 years of professional massage therapy experience.

• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, including  Relaxation/Swedish, deep tissue, soft cupping, hot stone, reflexology, lymphatic massages 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a relaxing and comfortable environment for members.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends
