Job description

  • Following the resident's individual care & service plan in providing support and companionship to multiple residents that include daily wellness checks, housekeeping, incontinence management, assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene and mobility, escorting residents to activities, meals, and outside appointments as needed.
  • Assisting in development and updating of each resident's individual service plan and charting the daily services you are providing.
  • Encouraging socialization and participation in community activities
