Job description

Quality Control Inspector
Join a quality-focused manufacturing team where precision, consistency, and attention to detail are critical. Our client is seeking experienced QC Inspectors for both day and night shifts, offering an opportunity to make a direct impact on product quality and customer satisfaction.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
-Perform visual and dimensional inspections of parts and subassemblies, including first-piece, in-process, final, incoming material, and outside-labor inspections.
-Use CMMs, comparators, gages, and other inspection equipment to verify products meet drawings, specifications, workmanship standards, and AQL requirements.
-Apply GD&T principles to accurately inspect products; complete inspection records, First Article Inspection Reports, travelers, and other quality documentation.
-Identify and quarantine nonconforming products, communicate findings to Production, maintain inspection and calibration records, and collaborate with Quality Engineering and Quality Management.
Required Skills & Experience
-Previous experience in quality control inspection within a manufacturing environment.
-Strong understanding of GD&T, engineering drawings, dimensional inspection, and measurement techniques.
-Experience using inspection equipment such as CMMs, comparators, and precision gages.
-Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document inspection results and identify nonconforming products.
Preferred Skills & Experience
-Experience with AS9100 or quality systems used in aerospace/manufacturing environments.
-Experience with CMM programming, First Article Inspection Reports, AQL sampling, and gage calibration.
Available Shifts
-Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
-Night Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Pay Rate Range - 30-35 per hour
