Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $18.00 – $25.00 / hour
We are looking for a dedicated Quality Control Inspector to ensure that every raw input and finished product meets our strict manufacturing standards and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities• Inspect raw incoming lots and finalized merchandise using calibers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Isolate non-conforming or defective items, executing formal MRB and tag procedures.
• Document precise audit results and generate formal Quality Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Monitor assembly floors to verify full alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Provide analytical support during root-cause quality investigations.
Qualifications & Skills• Prior quality assurance or QC inspection experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Proficient reading technical specifications, industrial drawings, and GD&T symbols.
• Strong computerized skills for detailed data logging and report drafting.
• Exceptional observational skills and a zero-tolerance approach to quality defects.
• ASQ certifications (CQI) are a significant differentiator.
