Job description

Washington Park and Summit Station Apartments is a Low Income property seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Property Manager for a full-time position in Washington Courthouse, OH. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with HUD Section 8 and/or Rural Development programs. Experience with OneSite/RealPage property management software is preferred but not required.

We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.
