Job Description: Job Title -  Wellness AdvisorLocation- Park Ridge, IL Responsibilities:• Ability to stand for long periods of time up to 8 hours with pre - scheduled breaks.• Conduct store opening procedures.• Conduct store closing procedures.• Maintain enthusiastic and proactive sales attitude whilst assisting customers.• Provide information to customers on store promotions, events, sales incentives, and review incentives tomaximize customer experience.• Conduct cannabis sales consultations as trained by the company.• Conduct cannabis sales transactions as trained by the company and approved training platforms.• Manage and handle the point-of-sale system and cash securities.• Cover and break security team members alongside the Agent In Charge.• Cover and break Wellness Advisors from posts to ensure the team has break periods alongside Agent inCharge.• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure regulations and company policy are followed and addressissues professionally and courteously as needed.• Work to meet store sales targets, and provide a professional and proactive attitude in approaching sales goalpushes.• Comply with company policies and procedures.• Operate fulfilment duties as directed by management to ensure product is being picked, packed, and pulledaccording to FIFO standards.• Articulate operating processes and have the mindset to improve them.• Continually educate yourself on cannabis products, sales skills, or continue training on approved platformsduring store downtime.• Ensure the store cleanliness and uniformity meets company standards.• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
