Job Summary:

The Federal Incentive Analyst provides support to EPA, DOE, and other federal granting agencies in implementing Highlandโ€™s or their partnerโ€™s awards.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting research
  • Compiling and organizing data
  • Preparing and submitting documents
  • Coordinating with internal departments
  • Engaging with agency partners
  • Assisting with performance and financial reporting
  • Serving as a resource to the Market Development team, supporting special projects as needed
Qualifications:
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated: proactively assume responsibilities, with ability to operate effectively with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to collaborate across departments within the company
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Interest or prior knowledge of electric vehicles, transportation, and/or energy a plus

$55,000 - $70,000 a year
