Position: Enrollment Processor

Compensation: $ 20 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Enrollment Processor to join their team!

This is a great contract opportunity to support a busy enrollment team during a high-volume period through March 2027. You’ll step into a fast-paced environment where accuracy, organization, and strong communication make a real impact every day. If you enjoy keeping operations moving, handling detailed work, and supporting members through important administrative processes, this could be a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Process enrollment-related documents accurately and efficiently
• Review and audit ID cards
• Scan, organize, and file documents
• Prepare packets and supporting materials
• Assist with incoming mail and related administrative tasks
• Enter and verify banking information with care
• Handle a high volume of calls professionally
• Support team operations during open enrollment activity

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy
• Comfortable using computers and common office systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience working in a high-volume environment
• Clear communication and phone etiquette
• Ability to follow processes and work efficiently

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Prior enrollment or benefits support experience
• Experience with ID card review or processing
• Background in administrative or clerical support
• Familiarity with mail handling and packet creation
• Previous banking information verification experience
