- Shared panel model utilized. Small portion of FTE is allocated to support inbox management and/ supporting intake assessments for level of care determination.
- Schedule:Monday- Friday 8:00- 5:00 PM

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years Behavioral Health experience required
- 5 years of Behavioral Health experience strongly preferred
- Board Certified as a PA-C or PMHNP
- Requirement for NPs: PMHNP
- Graduate-level experience for PAs (not clinical rotations)
- State of Michigan License*
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient education and engagement
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- BLS and ACLS certified and maintained
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Providing direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in teaching and mentoring
- Documenting in Epic EMR
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health efforts
- Supporting management of inbox
- Additional opportunities to perform psycho-social intake assessments
