Job description

Pharmaceutical Warehouse Associate

Location: Noblesville, IN
Schedule: Saturday–Wednesday, 1st Shift
Pay: $20-24/hr

About the Role

We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Warehouse Associate to join a growing team supporting the safe and accurate receipt, storage, preparation, packaging, and shipment of pharmaceutical products.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a regulated environment. Accuracy and following established procedures are critical, as this role is responsible for ensuring customer orders and shipping documentation are completed correctly.

Previous pharmaceutical or regulated-industry experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, fill, package, and process outbound pharmaceutical orders according to established SOPs
  • Verify orders, labels, shipping documentation, and required paperwork for accuracy
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and electronic logs
  • Perform inbound warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory management, and cycle counts
  • Support outbound shipping operations and manually complete bills of lading and other shipping documentation
  • Prepare and document shipments in accordance with DOT and hazardous materials requirements
  • Process returned shipping containers and assist with warehouse organization and cleaning
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment
  • Follow all SOPs, safety procedures, and applicable pharmaceutical and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with additional warehouse activities and process improvement initiatives as needed
  • Remain productive and proactive during periods of lower warehouse volume

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Approximately 1+ year of warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, pharmaceutical, or regulated-environment experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with detailed documentation and written procedures
  • Reliable and dependable with strong attendance
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative
  • Comfortable working weekends and occasional holidays as needed
  • Must be available to work Saturday–Wednesday, 1st shift
  • Forklift experience is not required; training can be provided

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

  • Pharmaceutical or medical environments
  • GMP or FDA-regulated environments
  • Warehouse or distribution operations
  • Inventory management
  • DOT or hazardous materials shipping
  • Food manufacturing or other highly regulated industries
  • Electronic warehouse management systems
