Description


Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately selecting, staging, and replenishing inventory to support efficient warehouse operations. This role ensures timely order fulfillment, maintains organized inventory, and contributes to a safe and productive work environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to transport materials between receiving, storage, and shipping areas Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments, including finished goods and materials 
  • Replenish inventory in pick locations to maintain workflow efficiency 
  • Relocate and organize products within the warehouse to optimize storage and accessibility 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards 
  • Support multiple departments as needed to meet operational demands 
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor 


Work Environment

Work is performed in a warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, and equipment operation.


 Physical Requirements

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift 
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly 
  • Ability to safely operate and mount/dismount forklifts 
  • Capable of working 8-hour shifts with continuous physical activity 

Position Details


  • Employment Type: Full-Time 
  • FLSA Status: Non-Exempt 
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (30-minute unpaid lunch)
