Crossroads Courier, a leading local courier company based in St. Louis, Missouri, is seeking a dedicated individual to become part of our team as a Warehouse Associate!
Job Purpose: As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, managing inventory from various customers, and providing exceptional customer service in all interactions.
Compensation:
  • $20-$22 per hour
  • Biweekly pay

Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday - 11 AM to 8 PM
  • Overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipping processes
  • Maintain accurate part inventories
  • Monitor and respond to emails
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness
  • Foster and maintain customer relationships
  • Handle warehouse customer billing

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a time-sensitive environment
  • Ability to walk and stand for the entire 8-hour shift
  • Capable of lifting 50-100 pounds
