Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Development Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between our marketing strategies and sales execution. You will lead lead-generation initiatives, manage outbound and inbound pipelines, and optimize our revenue growth strategies. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and a data-driven leader who knows how to turn prospects into loyal customers.

Core Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and oversee outbound and inbound lead generation campaigns to drive predictable revenue growth.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure brand messaging aligns with sales goals and customer needs.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of development representatives to hit and exceed monthly targets.
  • CRM & Data Analysis: Maintain data integrity within our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and analyze key performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs).
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing competitor research and market analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in sales development, growth marketing, or a blended marketing/sales management role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Tools: Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
