The Inventory Department Site Supervisor has general responsibility for coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities daily. Under the direction of the General Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for supervising the department in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.
How you create impact
  • Supervise inbound/outbound operations, including unloading, receiving, picking, staging, and ensuring shipment accuracy and quality.
  • Manage workforce planning, scheduling, communication, and daily operations to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA, company standards, and safe equipment operation.
  • Oversee inventory control, WMS (SAP) transactions, space utilization, and reporting to maintain accuracy and profitability.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement by resolving issues, coordinating training, and collaborating with onsite representatives.

What we would like you to bring
  • Associate degree required (Lean Six Sigma a plus); 3+ years supervisory/management experience, with warehouse or manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and relationship-building skills with effective written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Blue Yonder and material handling equipment preferred.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems with strong customer focus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; startup experience valued; flexible for overtime/weekends and adherence to HR policies.
