The Walmart US eCommerce cross border inbound team builds products that allow Marketplace Sellers increased selection by offering fast, reliable, and affordable shipping options to the Walmart Fulfillment network.  We are seeking an experienced leader to own our cross border trucking program starting within North America in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, cross border inbound logistics service.  This include setting the long-term strategy to deliver trucking products that our sellers will love; creating the critical roadmap; defining, measuring, and driving to achieve success metrics; ensuring project deliverables remain on on-time and on budget; and communicating and/or escalating program risks.

The Walmart US eCommerce cross-border inbound team develops solutions that enable Marketplace Sellers to expand product selection by providing fast, reliable, and cost-effective shipping to the Walmart Fulfillment network. This team integrates program management, financial oversight, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver impactful business operations. Leveraging technology strategies and performance measurement, the team drives process improvements and aligns initiatives with organizational goals. Members contribute to defining business requirements, managing risks, and optimizing resources to ensure successful program execution and continuous advancement in operational efficiency.

  • Manage the Project Planning Process: Work with product/program teams cross-functionally to drive efficient, timely project planning processes and business reviews.

  • Manage Issues: Drive resolution of key issues, escalations, and projects.   
  • Work cross-functionally, across locations: Communication, collaboration and organization are key to success. Provide program leadership for cross-functional business, tech, product, support, and operations teams to deliver on your strategy.
