Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries (phone + email) in English and Spanish
Explain the program, billing, and account details clearly

Complete outbound call campaigns (follow-ups, customer updates)
Log interactions in CRM (Salesforce or similar)
Requirements:
