The company NexusOP ( www.NexusOP.com ) is a provider of support services for large clients based in the United States and overseas. All the calls we handle are with people with whom our clients already have an existing business relationship. NexusOp does not "cold call."


Job Description

We're looking for honest independent contractors with a professional attitude who are looking to make extra income providing services from home. If you have provided services to other sales organizations or call centers, that would be preferable. All services shall be provided utilizing your own computer, which must have Google Chrome browser installed.
When you take phone calls for NexusOp you will answer questions people have about our clients' services and products. What is good is that you can make your own schedule based on your family commitments or other work opportunities that you might have. NexusOp also offers bonuses, with the first one being available the day that you start. And if you are looking for additional money, you are allowed to as many extra hours as you prefer.


Qualifications

Very good communication and problem-solving abilities
A quiet home office environment, or somewhere quiet to work
Must be over 18 years of age
A computer with a high speed internet. Must be Windows 7 or better
A working headset (with a microphone) that can be used with your computer
