Job Summary

Client Relations Specialist – Front Desk role is the first point of contact for the business. Their primary role is to manage traffic of all incoming customers, greet them with a smile, interact in a professional manner and provide a good flow within the main lobby. This role includes taking inbound phone calls, helping the managers with reactive changes to our customer’s schedules for the salon & mobile units, management of our CRM tool, and providing content to our marketing & advertising team.

Job ResponsibilitiesFront Desk:
  • Help achieve team goal setting for mobile & spa through marketing and sales
  • MoeGo scheduling
    • Check confirmation status
    • Vaccine submission/ on file
    • Card on file
    • Reach out to cancelled appointments
    • Answer all inbound messages
    • Schedule new clients for salon and mobile
    • Reschedule clients as needed
  • Manage in/outbound leads
    • Receive all inbound customer service calls
    • Maintain customer info in MoeGo
    • Aid staff with day-to-day tasks including but not limited to customer communication
    • Help determine services needed for new pup
  • Maintain cleanliness of front end of salon
  • Receive groomers report for client
  • Referral & customer appreciation programs (example: Dog of the Month)
  • Oversee retail inventory & sales
  • Check in and Check out of Dogs
  • Collect payment and tips
  • Input groomers notes per dog
