Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our San Antonio team. The ideal candidate will have strong warehouse experience, good computer skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience handling inbound and outbound materials.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and equipment
  • Prepare, stage, and load materials for outgoing orders and job sites
  • Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records
  • Enter material receipts, transfers, and other information into computer systems
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for delivery
  • Perform local deliveries and material pickups as needed
  • Verify quantities and materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and delivery tickets
  • Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Assist with inventory counts and identify missing or damaged materials
  • Safely load and unload trucks
  • Coordinate with project teams and office personnel regarding material needs

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of inbound and outbound warehouse operations
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to use inventory or warehouse management systems
  • Ability to safely lift and carry 30–50+ lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
