McComb Window & Door Co. is a family-owned and operated business established in 1930. We are the official distributor of Pella brand windows and doors in Indianapolis and Central Indiana. We service all segments of the construction industry including new home builders, remodeling & renovation contractors, commercial general contractors & owners, and retail/in-home sales & installation. Summary
This position is responsible for assisting in our Warehousing department.
The successful candidate will have skills:
  • To do moderate to heavy lifting
  • Unload inbound shipments, stock product in the warehouse and load outbound trucks
  • Operate RF scanner, pallet jack, 2-wheel dolly and stand-up lift
  • Occasionally fill in as a delivery route helper
Successful candidate must have a validate drivers license and be able to pass a drug screen.
Pay & Benefits
The Warehouse Associate position starts at $17.00/hr.
The position includes full company benefits -- health, dental, vision, life, long-term disability, 401k retirement, holidays, vacation.
Work Schedule
The work schedule for this position will primarily be 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday -- Friday. Some overtime may be included. Schedule may change at the discretion of the Manager.

Position Requirements
  • Forklift Operation Certification will be considered an advantage
  • Previous warehouse experaince preferred
  • Hands on experience with inventory and logistics software programs
  • Great physical stamina and manual dexterity

  • Valid Driver's License preferred
