JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Lead, Inbound will be responsible for overseeing various Inbound tasks ensuring the timely and accurate processing of orders and leading a team of warehouse associates. Various tasks include scheduling and receiving purchase orders, product put away, replenishments, bin slotting, providing assistance to the outbound team when applicable, cleaning and maintaining inventory accuracy directed by the warehouse management team. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Safely and efficiently operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts, cherry pickers, electric pallet jacks, and reach trucks to transport products to and from bins.
  • Utilize handheld devices to accurately process inventory transactions.
  • Schedule inbound deliveries and add them to the dock time Calander.
  • Count inbound deliveries accurately, make adjustments to purchase orders and communicate discrepancies to the appropriate parties involved.
  • Ensure precise inventory management by bin moving cases correctly and promptly reporting any discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by adhering to aisle assignments and performing end-of-shift cleanup to promote workplace safety.
  • Work collaboratively with team members across various departments to achieve daily production targets and deadlines.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures when operating equipment and handling materials.
  • Participate in all required company and daily safety meetings.
  • Take directions from Warehouse Supervisor to maintain and ensure completion of workflow.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Physically capable of frequently lifting products weighing 1-75 lbs, with occasional lifts up to 100 lbs. Must be able to reach heights of up to 72 inches, and perform constant bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods while operating equipment and retrieving items from lower shelves.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to tasks.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures.
  • Willingness to work occasional weekend hours.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Must be able to pass a background and drug screening for hire and randomly throughout employment.
  • This role requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Each employee is assigned a regular start time on their first day, which remains in effect unless the role or schedule changes due to business need. When possible, schedule changes will be communicated at least one week in advance. Employees are expected to stay until all assigned duties are completed.
