Job description

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE - BUDA, TXOVERVIEW:

We're looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support our operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring production runs smoothly by maintaining accurate inventory, supporting shipping/receiving, and assisting with general warehouse duties.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Accurately receive, store, and pull inventory using our ERP system (DEACOM).

  • Perform regular cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

  • Assist in staging and picking orders for shipment.

  • Support inbound receiving and delivery inspection.

  • Provide production with needed materials (e.g., pallets, drums, glass).

  • Maintain workspace and equipment cleanliness, including daily forklift checks.

  • Follow FIFO practices and manage lot codes.

  • Work Saturdays if production is scheduled (with some exceptions).

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Prior warehouse experience preferred.

  • Comfortable using computers, scanners, and ERP systems.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.

  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

  • Willingness to work in varying warehouse conditions.

  • Ability to follow safety procedures and identify/report hazards.
