What is an inbound associate?

Inbound Associates are professionals who handle incoming communications, such as phone calls, emails, or chats, typically in a customer service or call center environment. Their main responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and providing product or service information. Inbound Associates play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by responding efficiently and courteously to requests or concerns.
