Leader in Training

Position Overview

The Leader in Training (LIT) role is designed to develop future Team Leaders, Shift Leaders, and Directors within our restaurant. This 3-6 month leadership development program provides hands-on experience in all aspects of restaurant operations while equipping high-potential team members with the skills, knowledge, and leadership abilities necessary to take on greater responsibility. This position is ideal for individuals who demonstrate strong character, initiative, a servant's heart, and a desire to lead others while creating remarkable guest experiences.
