JOB RESPONSBILITES:
  • Provides supervision to the Gaming Ambassadors and ensures the delivery of an exceptional gaming experience for the guest.
  • Has a working knowledge of Title 31 requirements and internal control policies.
  • Works with the Gaming Director and develops short and long-term planning for departmental operations.
  • Evaluates operating procedures, recommends changes, and implements changes approved by the Gaming Director.
  • Approves jackpots and fills.
  • Safeguards company assets.
  • Work in conjunction with security and surveillance to detect any floor, Team Member, or guest irregularities.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Actively supports and leads Players Card sign up initiatives and creatively plans and executes sign up campaigns to motivate and inspire Team Members to solicit the guest and sign them up.
  • Shares and communicates current and relative information regarding terminal(s) status with the Gaming Director and Gaming Tech Manager.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Prior relevant experience required.
  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word amp; Outlook)
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must pass all required pre-screening and background checks.
  • Internal candidates must meet the eligibility requirements as provided in the Transfer and Promotion policy.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, this includes day, swing, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts as scheduled.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.
