Job description

Organika Brand Ambassador
We're looking for passionate wellness enthusiasts to represent Organika inside Whole Foods Market. This is a hands-on role blending in-store demos with visual merchandising execution - introducing shoppers to Organika's supplements and functional wellness products while keeping the brand's in-store presence at its best.
As an Organika brand representative, you'll host quarterly product demos, connect directly with customers, and complete monthly visual merchandising visits to ensure Organika is well-stocked, well-presented, and standing out on shelf.
This is a great supplemental opportunity for wellness professionals, nutrition-focused retail veterans, or health and wellness enthusiasts looking for meaningful, low-commitment work - not a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
Quarterly Demo Visits (4 hours)
  • Set up and host in-store product demos at your assigned Whole Foods location
  • Engage shoppers with warmth and confidence, sharing the Organika story and product benefits
  • Follow all Whole Foods and Organika food handling, sampling, and hygiene protocols
  • Track sampling activity, shopper feedback, and sales impact through the ThirdChannel mobile app
  • Break down and clean up the demo station, leaving the space better than you found it

Monthly Visual Merchandising Visits (1 hour)
  • Execute and maintain Organika's visual merchandising standards across shelf sets, endcaps, and displays
  • Ensure product is fully stocked, faced, and correctly priced
  • Engage briefly with the store team to build relationships and share brand updates
  • Identify merchandising opportunities and share competitive intel from the field
  • Complete store visit reports through the ThirdChannel mobile app with clear intel, high-quality photos, and well-written summaries

Qualifications
  • Valid Food Handler Certification is required (or willingness to obtain one prior to your first demo visit)
  • Passion for wellness, nutrition, and clean-ingredient products
  • Comfortable engaging strangers in conversation - confident, warm, and genuinely curious about people
  • Experience in retail, brand ambassador, sampling, or merchandising roles preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable using mobile apps and everyday technology
  • Smartphone required (iOS 17+ or Android 13+)
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within your assigned territory

Job Details
  • Independent contractor position (1099)
  • Quarterly 4-hour demo visits + monthly 1-hour visual merchandising visits
  • Servicing Whole Foods Market locations
  • Pay: $35/hour for all visit types
  • Travel incentive provided
